Welcome to the British Virgin Islands and to Caribbean Cellars Website.  We have been serving the people of the British Virgin Islands since 1983 when we first opened our doors under the name A.H.RIISE.  In 1999, A.H.RIISE bought a small beverage company called Fort Wines and Spirits, merged the two and the resultant is Caribbean Cellars, Ltd.
